Cancellation Policies

No Show Policy or Early departure will be considered as late cancellation thus, guest will be charged with the total amount of reservation.

Rebooking or cancellation should be made at least 5 days prior to arrival date. No rebooking or cancellation shall be charge to the guest.

In case of cancellation or rebooking, any confirmed booking may be rebooked provided the hotel will be notified at least seven (7) working days prior to check-in date subject to room availability on the desired stay date. Cancellation made within or less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charge for 1 night full rate.

Our Reservations Officer will tentatively block a room space upon receipt of reservation and will send a confirmation letter.

Pay in Full at least 2 days before check in date.

Email us immediately the deposit slip for us to confirm the said reservation.

Our reservation officer will send you a guest confirmation letter.

Identification cards such as passports or any government issued ID are needed upon check-in.

Terms of Service

Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night for single or double occupancy with set complimentary breakfast good for two (2).

Additional persons will be charge Php 500 (with breakfast) & Php 800 (with bed & breakfast). 7 years old and below (maximum of 2) are free of charge (bed sharing w/ adults and no breakfast included.

A refundable cash deposit of Php 1,500 will be asked upon check in to extend signing privileges for consumption from the Hotel's restaurant or outlets. If charges are made it will be then deducted to the cash incidental deposit.

The hotel cannot guarantee a specific room or location.

Check-in time is from 14:00H (2:00PM) onwards while check-out time is at 12:00H (12:00NN). The hotel will exert effort but cannot guarantee to accommodate early check-in prior standard check-in time and consequently late check-out after check-out time based room availability. If then room is available for early check-in or late check-out, a fee of Php 300/hour shall be charged.

This is A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT W/ CITY ORDINANCE. (A Fine of Php 2,000 will be imposed).

Laundry service is at 8:00AM Tto 5:00PM only.

Unregistered guests may stay inside the room until 22:00H (10:00PM) only. Any visitor staying beyond 22:00H (10:00PM) will be charged Php 500.00.

NO PETS ALLOWED / FIREARMS AND SHARP OBJECTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please coordinate with our security officer.

COOKING inside the room is not allowed.
The Management has the right to refuse service to anyone that we deemed threat to
